About The Position

High school diploma or GED. Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer and organizational skills. Mechanically inclined. Ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to operate motorized equipment. Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the plant. Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager, managers, employees throughout Cardinal, and vendor partnerships Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the PLANT team, Cardinal and other company relationships Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
