About The Position

The Temporary Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's culture and business goals. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing and implementing new and creative recruiting ideas. This position will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and leadership to develop and execute effective talent strategies that support the organization’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of full cycle Clinical recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for  niche, and high-priority level Positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (UKG or similar system).
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for attracting top talent.
  • Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

  • High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting) required.
  • Frequent use of computer and phone systems.
  • Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary, sitting position, communicate and exchange information with others, inspect information, perform repetitive motions with arms and fingers, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.

Responsibilities

  • Support active clinical hiring needs (NPs, APPs, RNs, hard‑to‑fill markets) and drive sourcing efforts across Boolean search, niche boards, referrals, associations, and competitor mapping.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and screens, presenting vetted talent to Hiring Teams while partnering closely with the Clinical TA Partner and TA Coordinator.
  • Deliver bi‑weekly insights on competitive trends, compensation shifts, NP/APP supply dynamics, and recommended search pivots or incentives.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high‑need markets and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding for candidates accepting offers.
  • Identify bottlenecks across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer flow; collaborate on streamlining tools, templates, and workflows to improve speed‑to‑offer.
  • Recommend improvements to postings, messaging, and sourcing channels, using data from decline/drop‑off trends to refine approach and enhance candidate engagement.
