The National Multiple Sclerosis Society mobilizes people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS. Job Summary: The Temporary Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising events such as galas, luncheons, and auctions within a regional portfolio. This role collaborates with internal teams and volunteers to ensure seamless logistics, compelling participant experiences, and strong community engagement. With a focus on detail, communication, and donor stewardship, the coordinator plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission through successful events. This is a Temporary, Full-time position, expected to work 35-40 hours a week. Location Requirement: This is a field-based role supporting our West Region. The preferred candidate will be based in Pacific or Central time zone. While the role offers flexibility in work location, to be considered a candidate must reside within the region the position supports to ensure strong local engagement and accessibility. Compensation: The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $24 - $26 per hour. Final offers will be based on the candidate's geographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors. Temporary Seasonal and Short-term employees are eligible for Spring Health, Sick time, Bereavement, and Jury Duty leave. Temporary, Short-term employees, if scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more, are also eligible for the following additional MS Society benefits: Medical, Flexible Spending and Health Savings, and Commuter benefits.
