We’re looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator who loves solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a team that keeps our HQ and five Regional Offices operating at their best. You’ll work with everything from spreadsheets to contractors, from inventory logs to HVAC systems. In this role, you’ll help coordinate projects and facility operations to ensure business continuity—whether that’s tracking renovation progress, supporting new building construction, analyzing operational data, or making sure our spaces stay safe, functional, and disaster-ready.
