Temporary Licensing Coordinator
About The Position
Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Temporary Licensing Coordinator to join our team! Expected duration of the assignment is approximately 3 months. This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in our Glenview, IL office. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Support & Licensing, this individual will be part of a team that supports our agents by processing state appointments and renewals for various lines of business (Credit Life & Health, Agency Life & Health, Special Markets, AD & D). This includes, but is not limited to, performing credit/criminal background checks and completing data entry tasks.
Requirements
- Strong data-entry, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing exceptional service and support
- Complete data-entry tasks in a variety of systems
- Meet established daily performance standards
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
Benefits
- Hourly rate for this role is $24-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Half-day Fridays – every Friday!
