Looking for your summer job? As our front-line staff, you connect with our members to build trusted relationships and help direct them to achieving their financial goals. In this role, you are trusted to assist members with their everyday transactions and needs, such as deposits, loans payments, problem solving, and the list goes on! You must be able to think creatively to find solutions for each member you work with. You'll be successful in this role if: You excel in customer service and connecting with others. You have prior cash handling experience. You ask appropriate questions to assist members with transactions and protect against fraud. Along with an experience born for long-term career investment, we hope to see our summer staff return! Weekday hours range from 7:15am-6:15pm M-F and up to three Saturdays per month from 8:45am-12:15pm. Primary responsibility is to serve our members by performing teller duties in the lobby & drive-up.
