Reporting to the Senior Director of One Stop Student Services, the One Stop Student Services & Admissions Services Assistant is a part-time role that provides flexible, front-line support across One Stop Student Services and Admissions Services. This position assists with day-to-day email, phone and in person service operations, student and applicant inquiries, and administrative tasks, stepping in where support is most needed to ensure smooth, responsive service delivery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, student-focused, and comfortable working across multiple teams and workflows.
