What You’ll Do: In this Temporary Position, you will support our Life Operations Team by helping ensure our records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation, including clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn multiple internal systems.
  • Must be able to work 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, from our office in West Des Moines, IA.
  • At this time, we are not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future, such as additional or permanent work authorization. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. We are not able to sponsor now or in the future, or take over sponsorship of, an employment visa or work authorization for this role. For example, we are not considering candidates with OPT status.

Responsibilities

  • Performing data entry across multiple internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Reviewing and processing return mail and updating corresponding records.
  • Assisting with one‑time clean‑up projects, file updates, and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Verifying information for completeness and quality.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
