About The Position

We’re seeking a Temporary Project Floater to support various departments within our label printing and packaging facility. This individual will play a key role in executing short-term project work and providing hands-on support across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to contribute wherever needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move around a production environment for extended periods
• A team player with a flexible and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or printing environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with label and packaging project work as assigned
• Support production floor operations, including material handling and staging
• Help organize and maintain inventory or supplies for project-based tasks
• Perform quality checks and basic documentation as needed
• Float between departments to provide general labor support
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads about task status
