Who We Are IBS is a research institute at the University of Colorado Boulder. Requirements

High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, teamwork and collaboration
Experience working on research projects related to child development, family functioning, mental health and/or intervention and prevention programs
Familiarity with Let's Connect and other evidence-based interventions for child, youth and families

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of experience observing or working with youth and families
2 or more years of experience conducting or supporting clinical research activities

Responsibilities

The research assistant will assist with tasks related to community-based LC and TF-CBT training and implementation, including activities that support parent and youth engagement and retention in project activities, delivery of LC and TF-CBT with families, collection of project performance metrics, creating materials to promote impact storytelling and dissemination of findings, and contributing to academic publications, reports, and presentations.
