With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Stuart, Florida, for an assignment through August 2026. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR team by coordinating and facilitating all phases of the hiring process, from application through onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with third-party agencies, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal HR partners to deliver a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or human resources field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and close a deal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with hiring managers, prospects, applicants, employees, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices and legal requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics industries, preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of temporary worker assignments, including onboarding, leaves of absence, and terminations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies and candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for temporary hires, including new hire documentation and collaboration with hiring managers and HR team members.
  • Participate in and contribute to recruitment and workforce planning meetings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Manage ongoing communication with third-party agencies and contractors regarding onboarding, scheduling, performance, and offboarding.
  • Support HR initiatives and assist with department-wide and HR-related projects as needed.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and scope are met.
  • Represent Daher at job fairs, recruiting events, and other outreach activities to promote the organization and attract talent.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
