About The Position

UVA Temps is recruiting for organized, detail oriented, and professional persons to fill Temporary Transporter roles within the Medical Center.
3 shifts available Monday--Friday, 40 hours/week
7am--3:30pm
3pm--11:30pm
11pm--7:30am
UVA Temporary employees provide support in business, academic, healthcare, and research environments at the University of Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, equipment, specimens, and deceased within University Hospital.
• Clean equipment for patient care.
• Significant interaction with patients while transporting.
• Use a web-based dispatch system to retrieve transport jobs on mobile device.
