About The Position

Steiner + Associates Build the spaces people line up to experience. At Steiner + Associates, we develop and operate some of the most dynamic mixed-use environments in the region. Our projects bring together retail, restaurants, lifestyle brands, and community spaces that define how people gather, shop, and connect. We are looking for a Tenant Coordinator 1 to join our Development team — someone who thrives in the intersection of construction, design, and real estate execution. This is an opportunity to grow your career inside a hands-on development environment where you’ll see projects move from lease execution to grand opening. What Makes This Role Different This is not a desk-only coordination role. You’ll split time between a professional office environment and active construction sites across our developments. You’ll gain exposure to lease interpretation, budget development, vendor negotiation, real-world construction execution, and cross-functional development strategy. If you’re looking to grow into a Development Manager or Project Manager role over time, this position provides a strong foundation.
