About The Position
The Club at Mediterra is a premier, member owned, residential club located in southwest Florida. The 1,700-acre community and Club have earned a reputation and has been acknowledged as one of the finest in the country. The active membership enjoys Club amenities that includes two championship, Tom Fazio designed golf courses, a learning center, a beach club, spa and fitness center, and bocce, tennis and pickleball courts. Beyond its acclaim for world class golf, the Club has been nationally and globally recognized as a Top 50 Platinum Club of America, a Distinguished Emerald Club and was the first golf club to be named an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. The Club at Mediterra, an extraordinary private club located in North Naples, is seeking full-time and part-time Tennis Court/General Maintenance professionals to join our team. Candidates must be professional, hospitable, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential. An environment of training, mentoring and, promotion from within awaits all new teammates of Mediterra. Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be dependable, willing to learn, responsible, organized, safety-minded, a self-starter able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Must be able to perform outdoor, physical labor which includes raking, shoveling, bending, pushing, pulling and, reaching.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Nice To Haves
- Clay court maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining 8 clay tennis courts, 4 clay bocce courts, 7 pickleball courts
- Tidying the outdoor furniture, emptying trash
- Stocking towels, cups
- Blowing off areas around the courts, and other general maintenance.
- Perform other related duties and tasks assigned within the department
