About The Position
The Tennis Pro Shop Supervisor is responsible for but not limited to meeting and greeting all tennis clients. Schedule tennis court time, clinics and instruction and handle related equipment rental. Billing & sales of all clinics, lessons, court and racquet rentals and pro shop merchandise.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of tennis rules, equipment, stringing and court maintenance
- Excellent computer skills (three different software programs involved)
- Willing to work flexible hours with a rotating schedule
- Ability to perform job functions with great attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Prioritize and organize
- Multitask
- Follow direction thoroughly
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Computer skills
- Current certification in CPR & First Aid
- Skilled tennis player
- Retail experience
- In conjunction with Tennis Director, coordinate shop staff weekly work schedules.
- Ensure Tennis Shop and surrounding area is in pristine condition.
