About The Position

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Belleview Operation in Petersburg, KY. Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steers, Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks and barges Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work area Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free terminal environment Maintaining and operating facilities and equipment; general maintenance Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, including following established procedures, promoting safe work practices, and actively helping maintain a safe working environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment operating experience (e.g., loader, backhoe, skid steer, etc.) is preferred
• Working knowledge of material handling systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components; a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with the Terminal Manager and effectively collaborate with the team
