The Territory Partner Manager is responsible for driving partner engagement and expanding business opportunities across assigned regions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing partners, executing strategic outreach campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and internal teams to drive partner success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, leveraging business acumen and technical knowledge to generate qualified leads, influence decision-makers, and achieve sales objectives. Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales and cold calling experience in a SaaS environment
  • Strong phone, listening, writing, and presentation skills
  • Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to structure deals, negotiate, close sales, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales opportunities across all products
  • Re-engage dormant partners and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
  • Generate interest and awareness among prospective partners by leveraging product knowledge and understanding of business problems
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, campaign outcomes, and operational execution to ensure KPIs are met
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and share best practices for growth
  • Influence decision-makers across partner organizations and structure deals that drive mutual business success

  • Annual OTE (base + commissions) range: $63,750 – $86,250, with pay determined by experience, location, and comparable roles
