Be the face of Hastings in the field and drive our growth. As a Territory Sales Manager at Hastings Insurance, you’ll serve as a vital bridge between our company and our independent agency partners. This field-based position is responsible for driving profitable business through agency relationship management, underwriting support, market analysis, and agency training. With autonomy to manage a key geographic region and authority to guide underwriting decisions, you’ll play a direct role in Hastings’ continued growth and market strength. Location & Schedule Remote/ Field: Must reside in Ohio (Columbus or Cleveland Metro Preferred) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
