Position Summary: The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will meet or exceed the overall sales and profit goals within their assigned territory. The TSM will be held accountable for collaborating on-site with key end-users to deliver site audits, productivity gains and increased efficiencies. The TSM will also support sell-through activities and utilize FyterTech’s value proposition elements with focus distribution partners that create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships for the distributor, end user customer and FyterTech. The TSM will develop and implement an annual sales plan in support of the organization’s strategic objectives while reporting progress to plan, as well as competitive activity, to their Director of Sales on a regular and informed basis. Delivering the FyterTech value proposition to our end user customers, and communicating our convincing advantages is a requirement for the Territory Sales Manager role.
