About The Position

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Test and Integration Planner whose role will be essential to the delivery of high performance, secure, mission critical solutions. We seek personnel that are versatile, display leadership qualities, and are enthusiastic about tackling new challenges as we continue to provide the military with cutting edge tools. What You’ll Be Doing: orchestrates a continuous feedback loop by designing, planning, and executing a full spectrum of user-facing and technical events. A key function is to coordinate directly with Army Electronic Warfare units to develop the operational context for all test activities. This includes leading the creation of detailed Concept of Operations (CONOPS), mission threads, and vignettes that realistically represent how soldiers will employ EWPMT. This planner also leads regression testing efforts with interdependent Mission Command systems and sensors, ensuring EWPMT updates maintain full interoperability across the tactical network. Feedback and data from user events are translated into actionable priorities within the developer's Agile Planning processes. As a key participant in the Program Increment (PI) Planning cadence, they align all test and integration events with development sprints to support the DevSecOps model and CI/CD pipeline. By embedding rigorous regression testing and user feedback into the lifecycle, this role actively helps to enable and mature modern software development practices, directly influencing the sustainment process and ensuring EWPMT is technically compliant, fully integrated, and effective for the Electronic Warfare warfighter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is strongly preferred. Significant and directly relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Demonstrated DoD Acquisition experience with the DoD 5000 series acquisition process.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with system-of-systems integration and regression testing, particularly with Army Mission Command platforms and relevant intelligence/EW sensors.
  • Experience with Army Electronic Warfare (EW) doctrine, operations, or systems.
  • Direct experience supporting a program using an Agile/DevSecOps development model.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning or similar ceremonies.
  • Experience conducting user feedback events (e.g., Soldier Touch Points, User Juries).
  • Experience coordinating with external test organizations such as ATEC or the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).
  • DAWIA certification in Test & Evaluation (Level II or III) or a PMP certification.
  • Hold or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and SCI Security Clearance
