Anduril Industries is seeking a motivated Test and Evaluation Engineer to support critical test campaigns for our Connected Warfare Systems—Eagle Eye, the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting-edge products. This is an ideal role for a junior to mid-level engineer eager to work on developmental and operational testing across integrated software and hardware systems. Overview Contribute to Test Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on system integration, developmental, and operational tests. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, program management, and government partners. Growth and Learning: Gain practical experience in lab-based (HITL) testing and field validation in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or a related Engineering discipline.
Experience in test and evaluation, either through relevant work experience or internships/projects.
Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.
Strong written and verbal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, or C2 systems.
Exposure to lab-based testing or field testing environments.
Hands-on experience with test instrumentation and data analysis tools.
Interest in learning DoD test protocols and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing test plans for Eagle Eye and other Connected Warfare products.
Help gather test data, analyze performance, and compile reports to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate in Test Readiness Reviews and document issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
Work with engineering teams to ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.
Participate in both lab-based test setups and field validation testing to support system improvements.
