About The Position

Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning Define and drive test strategy, test planning, and test governance across large enterprise programs. Develop end-to-end testing frameworks and scenarios across multiple integrated systems. Ensure testing strategy aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. End-to-End Testing Coordination Lead cross-team coordination across development, QA, and product teams to ensure integrated testing coverage. Ensure data flow and process continuity across front-end, middle-tier, and back-end systems during testing. Oversee testing across various retail banking systems such as digital channels, branch systems, IVR, customer service platforms, and core banking systems. Program Oversight & Governance Provide holistic visibility of testing progress across multiple teams and platforms. Consolidate updates and communicate test readiness, risks, and status to senior leadership. Track dependencies across organizational silos to ensure smooth execution. Compliance & Testing Artifacts Own and maintain key testing artifacts including: Test Strategy Test Plan End-to-End Test Scenarios Test Exit Reports Ensure testing meets regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. Reporting & Tool Utilization Utilize testing and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) to track testing progress and metrics. Generate and automate testing reports for program leadership. Leverage modern tooling and AI-based capabilities to improve testing efficiency and reporting automation. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the central coordination point between multiple technology teams. Facilitate communication between development teams, testing teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. Drive issue resolution and escalate risks when necessary.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in enterprise software testing and QA processes.
  • Experience defining test strategies and end-to-end test planning for large programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience with JIRA and Zephyr or similar testing management tools.
  • Understanding of test reporting, metrics, and quality dashboards.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and organizational structures.
  • Experience working with distributed development and testing teams.
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present testing strategies, risks, and status to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Background as developer, tester, or scrum team leader transitioning into program-level testing leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to automation and AI-driven testing/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise technology environments preferred.
