Position Overview: As a Test Planning Coordinator on the Midsection and Drives Development team, you will be responsible for the coordination of program builds and development testing of our development lab. In this role you will support both new product development and current product improvements. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Requirements

  • 10 years of experience testing mechanical systems in a R&D environment with an Associate's degree OR 3 years experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • General knowledge of production methods and process requirements as they relate to typical marine drive component manufacturing.
  • Boating experience

Responsibilities

  • Support program builds
  • Monitor, execute, and track Test Plans per DVP&R
  • Create, assign, and manage Test Requests
  • Assist in creating test requirements for systems and components
  • Participate in development testing of prototypes and analyze failures.
  • Ensure test results are reported clearly and accurately to the requestor.
  • Assist in building test fixtures as required to meet individual project needs.
  • Create and manage parts lists for program builds.
  • Manage Spare Parts Lists and material flow through the development lab
  • Work cross-functionally with other development groups
  • Provide design input
