About The Position

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Testing Manager to supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex state-of-the-art test programs.

Requirements

• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Experience in analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
• Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
• Develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
• Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases
