About The Position
Testing Specialist Location: Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, totaling seven sessions per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Minimum one year of testing administration or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
Responsibilities
- Schedule examinations using the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS)
- Administer and proctor a variety of exams including language tests, Air Force qualification tests, and commercial testing programs
- Verify examinee identification and eligibility prior to testing
- Provide standardized testing instructions and monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance and security
- Maintain test logs, examination records, and inventory of testing materials
- Prepare answer sheets, reports, and testing documentation for submission to testing agencies
- Perform administrative tasks associated with test administration and maintain an organized testing environment
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for computer-based testing systems
