The North Face: Associate Merchandiser, Footwear

Reporting to the Merchandising Managers, you will work day-to-day with the AMER Regional Merchandising team you are responsible for ensuring that the systems reflect the decisions made on products. You will learn about the full product creation and merchandising process.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage quality of regional data in PLM systems
• Fill in the Data Master file by doing v-lookups with older season and checking each style composition in Enovia
• Support content deliverables for the region, ensuring GTM milestone deliverables are aligned to marketplace needs and accuracy
• Assist with meeting preparation which may include sample management and showroom set up
• Manage SKU list for their category
• Add all the styles, fill in all the columns with all the information, update the file every time there is a change/drop

• Must be detail oriented, precise and organized
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a problem-solver
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree is a plus
• A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
