MSPCC, a division of Eliot Community Human Services, is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor to join our team. Our Child, Youth, and Family Behavioral Health Services span a comprehensive continuum of care, including Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Counseling. Our work is collaborative, family-driven, and youth-guided, with a strong focus on each individual’s strengths, needs, and preferences. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will make a meaningful impact by working one-on-one with youth in their communities, helping them recognize their strengths, build life skills, and develop confidence - all while fostering positive, engaging experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and have a genuine passion for working with youth and families.
