Thrive Behavioral Health is currently hiring a Therapist Aide to work supporting a licensed therapist with Thrive's Harford County Early Intervention Program to provide behavioral support in the school and community. This position is a year-round opportunity and is geared towards students who have behavioral challenges at school and are at risk for going on a non-public education route. Our goal is to be able to provide behavioral support in the school and home to reduce said behaviors. Services will take place in the Harford County School Clusters as well as students’ home. The Therapist Aide will be working in schools and will visit local homes to meet with the client's family. The Therapist Aide should have experience with early childhood and elementary aged children. The Therapist Aide should be enthusiastic about helping children succeed in their educational goals. The therapist aide will work with an advanced level licensed clinician. Thrive Behavioral Health is Joint Commission accredited. Our team of licensed therapists provide individual, family, and school-based therapy services to adults, children and families. Thrive serves clients in Baltimore City and Frederick, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery counties. Our Thrive clinicians take a proactive approach to treatment by meeting with clients in neighborhoods, homes, and schools to reduce the barriers of traditional mental health treatment. Thrive also has clinic-based programs in Rosedale, Catonsville, Millersville, and Silver Spring and Bel Air.
