About The Position

Our Therapist, LCSW or LPC at Right Track Medical Group in Biloxi, MS plays a critical role in providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations. Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential valid in the state of MS.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical therapy to diverse populations, including individuals, veterans with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical standards, confidentiality laws, and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all relevant legal and organizational policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
  • Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve non-English speaking clients.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Additional certifications in specialized areas such as substance abuse counseling or child and adolescent therapy.
  • Experience in community outreach and mental health advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to client goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Participate in supervision, professional development, and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care.
