Our therapists are central to our mission and serve as expert advisors to LSI's early childhood, behavioral health, and family safety teams. We are seeking a Full time/Part time Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to work with a team of experienced and licensed Clinical supervisors in providing telehealth and in-person therapy and counseling to couples, families, adults, and children in Waterloo, Cedar Falls and the surrounding Black Hawk County. This is an immediate opening due to high community need, and we are excited to offer the potential for a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates! In this role, you will: Provide community based therapy and counseling assessments in addition to providing trauma informed services to youth detained in Polk County Detention Have the potential to see clients in a school and detention based settings Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families Develop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's various behavioral and mental health care needs Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to build the best possible outcomes for our clients Have the ability to receive free clinical licensure supervision from one of our Clinical Supervisors
