For more information on our hospital please follow us at https://www.linkedin.com/company/diamondgrovecenter, diamondgrovecenter.com (https://www.diamondgrovecenter.com) Therapist and/or Social Worker will provide essential components of the overall treatment program through various interventions and modalities, function as a member of the treatment team and accepts responsibilities for specifically assigned duties, psycho-social's master treatment plans, treatment plan updates, group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy as needed, discharge planning, documentation, discharge safety plan, and assist with treatment program. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in mental health promotion and maintenance of high-quality comprehensive patient care. Complete Psychosocial Assessment on each patient within 72 hours. Complete Master Treatment Plan within 72 hours and complete Treatment Plan Update once a week. Attend treatment team meeting and provide information about the patient. Assures contact with referral source within 72 hours of admission as evident by notation on the psychosocial assessment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is preferred
  • Master Degree in a Behavioral Science from an accredited school.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience Required
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
