SUMMARY OF JOB Plans, coordinates, and conducts a therapeutic recreation program tailored to the needs of adult and geriatric residents on caseload with the goal of improving the physical, mental and social well being of the resident. Prepares reports, documents in the Medical Records, MDS etc. Serves as a member of the IDC Team. Interdepartmental collaboration for effective programming. Requirements

  • BS Degree (or related Bachelor’s Degree)
  • CTRS eligible (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) or currently CTRS certified.
  • Three (3) year experiences in Recreation Therapy field with adult/geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities
