Requirements

Master's degree or above in the assigned therapy area
Current State Licensure
A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered
Proficiency in the specific therapy area
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the latest techniques to maintain high-level proficiency
Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technology
Ability to travel to scheduled appointments, using a vehicle or alternate forms of transportation.

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive early intervention services by conducting evaluations, clinical consultations, and direct therapeutic care that meet quarterly SOAR365 standards.
Maintaining professional certifications while strictly adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA privacy standards.
Communicating effectively with families and staff to promote organizational goals
Actively mentor volunteers and interns as valuable members of the interdisciplinary team.
