Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in the assigned therapy area
  • Current State Licensure
  • A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in the specific therapy area
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the latest techniques to maintain high-level proficiency
  • Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technology
  • Ability to travel to scheduled appointments, using a vehicle or alternate forms of transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive early intervention services by conducting evaluations, clinical consultations, and direct therapeutic care that meet quarterly SOAR365 standards.
  • Maintaining professional certifications while strictly adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA privacy standards.
  • Communicating effectively with families and staff to promote organizational goals
  • Actively mentor volunteers and interns as valuable members of the interdisciplinary team.
