About The Position

everything we do. Our Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) team
provides structured, collaborative, and recovery‑focused care to young adults
who need a higher level of support than traditional outpatient services.

As an IOS Therapist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
delivering therapeutic services, care coordination, and clinical documentation
to support stabilization, engagement, and ongoing recovery.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Active licensure OR registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.
• Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to young adult clients receiving IOS level of care
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards
• Coordinate care internally and externally to support continuity across physical health, behavioral health, and community services
• Participate actively in a team‑based, integrated model of care to promote positive clinical outcomes
• Meet established productivity standards while maintaining quality, ethical, and client‑centered care
• Collaborate closely with nurses, medical providers, care managers, and other interdisciplinary team members
