About The Position

Are you interested in providing critical intervention to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs? If so, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health has a great opportunity for you! We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapist. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides intensive psychiatric and therapeutic services to youth who are in treatment at a residential setting. Based in Orlando (Pine Hills area), this position is responsible for the development of individualized master treatment plans, providing individual, family and group counseling, completing required clinical documentation, and working within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs. Position Details: Pay Range: This position starts at $51,000 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education and experience. Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Location: on-site

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology field required
2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida preferred.
Valid Driver's license required
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.

This is a salaried, 40- hour work week position.
Must be able to work 10-6 with flexibility in early mornings/late evenings when needed.
