About The Position

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Thermoforming Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment within the thermoforming department. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality, productivity, and a solid work ethic aligned with TOPPAN’s culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and/or forklift operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and a safety‑first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with computers, Oracle or other WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming lines, including performing light and preventative maintenance.
• Utilize a forklift or pallet jack to transport finished products to storage or staging areas.
• Perform shelving, stacking, and loading of pallets and containers.
• Collaborate with planners, coordinators, and supervisors to support warehousing and shipping functions.
• Audit loading processes and verify load tally sheets for accuracy.
