About The Position

Under general supervision of the Director of Membership and Analytics, the Third-Party Billing Administrator plays an essential role in supporting youth, adults, and families receiving funding through the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) program as well as other outside sources. This position ensures seamless experience from initial contact through case managers, account set up, accurate billing, and ongoing communication with the families and funding sources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum six months of experience in administrative support, customer service, or human services preferred.
  • Close attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlines.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
  • Effective communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Y and case manager, clients, and families. Respond in a timely manner to all phone and email communication. Assist in preparing simple dishes and assembling meals by organizing ingredients and setting up prep stations so cooks can deliver healthy, safe meals on time.
  • Accurately create and maintain client accounts, program registration, and revenue tracking in our software system.
  • Complete billing in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to state regulations and organizational guidelines.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of all Greater Green Bay Y membership options and program offerings to guide families and case managers to the best option for clients.
  • Collaborate with other Y leaders to align program offerings with client needs.
