The Third Party Liability TPL Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving and promoting seamless delivery for TPL including through integration of rigorous operational methodology. Requirements

  • Capable of analyzing existing processes end to end, perform gap analysis and recommend process redesign and / or alternative solutions.
  • Proven success utilizing project management skillset driving to successful outcomes and understanding lessons learned and ability to apply to future projects.
  • Ability to approach and resolve issues using a data driven foundation.
  • Experienced creating process flow diagrams
  • Aptitude for applying fundamental business principles in project environment to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and competitive advantage
  • Proactive, self-starter and quick learner
  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle and agile operational processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
  • Comfortable working with medium to large data sets and performing basic statistical analysis and trend analysis, as well as basic forecasting and modeling
  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance and / or third-party liability experience

  • Prior Call Center management experience
  • Prior health insurance, Medicaid and / or claims processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders establishing knowledge necessary to develop, deploy, and maintain project plan to drive successful outcome of process improvements, core business changes, and change management within the operational area.
  • Work with various teams to close gaps in process improvement projects and core business development.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan and document progress against major milestones, important accomplishments and cross functional performance.
  • End to End Phase/Project Management
  • Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g. build or test)
  • Requirements analysis and management to ensure business needs are addressed by the TPL business processes and system applications
  • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
  • Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc.
  • Ensure that internal and external project resources with appropriate skill sets are provided
  • Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level
  • Ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts
  • Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency and overall budget
  • Any other duties as assigned
