We are currently seeking a Third-Party Program Manager to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction, and egg donation. As a member of CCRM Fertility’s diverse team How You Will Make an Impact: The Third-Party Program Manager will play a key role in CCRM Fertility by leading program development and operations for the CCRM Donor Egg Bank. Through cross-functional collaboration with adjacent corporate and clinical teams, this role will support CCRM patients and help improve their experience and access the care they deserve. What You Will Do: The Third-Party Program Manager is responsible for leading operations of the Donor Egg Bank, supporting cross-functional teams, and foster improvements in third-party reproductive programs. This role will ensure all goals related to clinical quality, operations, finance, and patient experience are achieved. The Third-Party Program Manager will report to the Director of Clinical Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, healthcare or a related field required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare industry required.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading teams through direct management required.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively tracking, measuring, and improving KPIs across operational and clinical objectives.
  • Project management experience required; IT system transition/implementation project management preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e., VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/M365 required (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • The Third-Party Program Manager is responsible for leading operations of the Donor Egg Bank, supporting cross-functional teams, and foster improvements in third-party reproductive programs.
  • This role will ensure all goals related to clinical quality, operations, finance, and patient experience are achieved.
  • Evaluate systems, tools, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend change(s) to drive program improvement to align with strategic goals and streamline processes.
  • Lead new processes implementation, including IT system transitions, etc.
  • Manage the team’s data tracking, metrics, and KPIs across operational, quality, and patient experience outcomes.
  • Ensure clear communication, documentation, and adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Provide direct management oversight to an operating team.
  • Support marketing team to address marketing needs and improve results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various corporate and clinical teams.
  • Overnight travel may be required (up to 10%).
  • Other duties as assigned
