About The Position

The Third-Party Wealth Sr. Manager role is primarily responsible for our inbound call center functions encompassing the supervision of daily operations, call flow data, development of performance metrics and the continuous enhancement of operational processes. In addition, the role ensures the management of operational processes required to facilitate Third-Party Wealth business at the plan and participant level. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manages employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, off boarding Coaches team on TIAA's value proposition to drive asset retention and growth in core retirement annuity business and retail annuities Coordinates and facilitates training, coaching, development, and other supervisory tasks of team Identifies opportunities to document and drive improvements to processes Develops functional policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial services experience in a leadership position
  • Series 6 or 7 & Series 63 and Series 24 or 26
  • Life/Health insurance license
  • Experience and broad knowledge of the Wealth Product Offer
  • Experience and knowledge of Third-Party Advisors business model
  • Ability to work in high paced environment
