About The Position

At America Works, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our clients receiving disability benefits (SSI/SSDI) who are looking to join a workforce development program, Ticket to Work. We are looking for a highly skilled Ticket to Work Manager to join our team and manage a client caseload of Ticket to Work participants. This person will manage a variety of tasks such as providing answers, instructions, and assistance relating to the Ticket to Work program. This individual will provide ongoing case management, job development, and career coaching services. As the primary point of contact for America Works Employment Network’s clients, this individual must possess excellent communication and people skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping our clients achieve their employment goals. Objective of this role Conduct daily outreach calls and maintain a caseload of clients, both virtual and onsite, ensuring their progress through the program and providing direct employment support for a diverse group of participants Provide support through developing and maintaining community and employment partnerships Consult and direct clients on obtaining employment goals, overcoming barriers, and navigating their return to work Provide case management services including intake, assessments, individualized plan development, and check-ins Outreach to employers and business with open positions to develop job opportunities for clients on your caseload Respond to need inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s Suitability Process
  • Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s CWIC certification
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Paid or volunteer work in social services (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse (preferred, but not required)
  • Salesforce (strongly preferred, but not required)
