We are seeking a Tier 2 Support and Operations Specialist for Web- and Java-based systems in both production and testing environments. The role includes implementing versions and changes, identifying and resolving complex issues, working with advanced monitoring tools, and collaborating with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and deliver high-level support. You will also be involved in the integration and deployment of new projects, and in providing high-level support to Tier 1 support teams and development teams.
