Job Description Under direct supervision, this position typically supports the payroll department. • Perform miscellaneous payroll duties with some complexity, including daily reconciliation of timecards, recording call-ins, updating the infraction database, and issuing required daily reports • Monitor the clock alley of craft hourly employees and as needed, subcontract personnel • Coordinate data entry of new/rehires, terminations, rate changes, and other miscellaneous changes by Human Resources to ensure timely delivery of these data elements to on site Payroll/Timekeeping • Perform data entry, produce, and analyze reports while utilizing standard payroll and timekeeping systems • Provide support to a payroll staff • Conform to compliance documentation for any work practices identified by management • Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or global equivalent with limited work-related experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic personal computer skills to include Microsoft software
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic understanding of file organization
