2nd Shift Tire Loader/Unloader 2nd Shift Tire Loader/Unloader Work type: Loading and Unloading tires Pay: Production pay average $500-$850 weekly. The harder and faster you work the more money you will make! Unloading: The foundation of a stack must be based toward the center of the rack (1 SKU per rack). The stacks must be stable and have a slip sheet (cardboard) placed in the middle. The label needs to be lined up. (Stacked with a perfect imaginary line in mind). Loading: The most important element of loading is loading quality. Loading tires correctly ensures that all products will fit on the trailer and prevents you from causing safety hazards for the employees by unloading the trailer. Pay Structure: Paid per trailer unloaded (No limit, usually 3-4 trailers per person) A trailer's payout is determined by its weight. Loading is paid by the amount of weight that you loaded. This is calculated by the LPN’s collected by the associate which will give the exact weight & quantity of each pallet or rack loaded. The current average is $120-$250+/day, this is based and is determined by the pace the associate works and the amount of work completed during their shift.
