Starting pay $20.00/hour What Conlan Offers: Blue Care Network Insurance Benefits Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Full Time Work Weekly Incentive Pay Responsibilities: Ability to Lift objects, move objects while exerting physical energy Ability to Learn and Apply Concepts Retread station tasks: Inspection, Buffer, Skive, Repair, AZ extrusion, Pre-cure builder, Chambers, Final inspection, Monobeam/mold cure presses. Retread employees will be trained regularly and audited to ensure proficiency Testing proficiency will be determined by passing established audit processes Timeline progressions are recommendations and will vary between individuals Progression to next level program will be based on proficiencies gained and not elapsed time in program.
