About The Position

As a Title Coordinator at YES, you will be a part of a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our collateral, ensuring compliance with county and lender requirements, and supporting our homes sales, title, and tax functions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic work environment while maintaining an extraordinary level of attention to detail
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with all YES team members; Home Office and Field as well as all YES Third-Party partners and vendors
  • Ability and desire to learn new software/systems or processes at a rapid pace
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use various Microsoft computer programs
  • Demonstrates the YES attitude in approach to all communication, process, and relationships, internal, external and third-party partners and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Support YES Sales and Inventory functions at YES by facilitating timely transfer of ownership
  • Build positive and productive relationships with YES field, state agencies, and third-party business partners to expedite ownership transfers and maximize process efficiencies
  • Collaborate with our community leaders, business partners, and other YES departments to address and improve process efficiency pertaining to YES’s collateral integrity
  • Manage all processes involving titles relating to YES home sales and purchases
  • Provide excellent support of YES key performance indicators, specifically regarding title processes
  • Work with Collateral Specialists to ensure home information accuracy for inventory integrity and reporting metrics
  • Maintains YES standards of communication and culture consistency with excellence
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
