About The Position

As a Title Success Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our Title Clearance team, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of title requirements. You’ll collaborate across departments — including Escrow Officers, Title Examiners, and other internal teams — to support timely closings and contribute to strategic company initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, values precision, and is energized by teamwork.

Requirements

Understanding of title insurance and real estate transactions (required).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital document environments.
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Title Producer’s License (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire).
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
Ability to lift office supplies, assist with event setup, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Ability to drive for errands and office support.

Nice To Haves

Experience with title software (ProForm Select, BS&A, TitlePoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze transaction documentation and title commitments to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with title exam professionals to resolve issues and maintain clear title.
Enter and manage transaction data in title software (SoftPro Select), including commissions, fees, and payoffs.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
Communicate proactively with Escrow Officers and clients throughout the title process.
Deliver key documents such as CPLs, wire instructions, and lender commitments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
Pay close attention to detail to prevent errors and uphold Sun Title’s reputation for excellence.
Support your teammates and department leadership in meeting client needs.
Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with company goals.
