Requirements

Friendly, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with computers and paperwork
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Eager to learn and grow with the company
1+ year of customer service experience
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Experience in Automotive dealerships (title clerk, finance office, office manager)
Experience in DMV or tag & title processing
Experience in PennDOT messenger services
Experience in Notary offices
Experience in Administrative or customer service roles involving documentation and compliance
Direct title & tag experience

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and other PennDOT services
Review and process paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person and over the phone
Maintain organized records and files
Process payments using our point-of-sale system
Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment where multitasking is important
