About The Position

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (required).
Minimum 6 months of toddler or preschool classroom experience (1 year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Lead a classroom of toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum , focusing on language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and early academics.
Encourage independence and help children practice self-help skills such as dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication.
Partner with assistant teachers and leadership to maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and high classroom standards.
