About The Position

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring a dedicated and energetic Toddler Teacher to lead one of our active and engaging toddler classrooms. Our daycare and preschool program focuses on helping young children develop independence, language skills, social-emotional growth, and early learning habits through play-based, hands-on activities. This position is ideal for an ECE-certified early childhood educator who enjoys guiding toddlers through their most important developmental stages.

Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers (1+ year preferred)

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a toddler classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
Plan and implement activities that support language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
Support daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, and rest time
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate with teaching partners and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing requirements
